When I joined this course I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The modules are laid out in a way that were easy to understand, and you could review them as many times as you needed. The one thing that makes this course incredible, is the coaching. Kevin not only shows you what exercises you need to do to accomplish your goal. He also helps change your mindset. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and had such difficulty even combing my hair, because my joints were so swollen. Kevin and I worked together to set obtainable goals, and break down the modules in more detail. He was available for my questions and pushed me to complete my first 5K in 3 years! Running a 5K for the first time since being diagnosed with RA felt amazing! I am now able to get up every morning with ease, run, and lift weights without any pain. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone of any fitness level. It is more than just muscle!
