The diets I tried in the past were too restricted. I swore I would never eat dessert again. I tried the Paleo Diet, Keto, and even tried vegetarian all without success and leading back to a full out binge. 

I felt exhausted and lost confidence in myself.

The workouts were grueling and even had double sessions which monopolized my whole day to working out.

My name is Kevin Kreider, and I’ve been able to help fitness enthusiasts, models, and actors, get lean and gain muscle for work and pleasure. This is possible with traveling and having “no time” to workout. They didn’t have to experience the old ways that made them a slave to staying fit. 


I started Pursue Fitness For Life after being burnt out from the bodybuilding workout and diets in 2009. Ever since, I’ve being pursuing a better way of getting shredded and gaining muscle for years, not finding anything that stuck until my come back in 2014. 

Now I’ve found a more flexible way of staying in a caloric deficit and a smarter way of training for nature athletes that went against everything I learned. 

I THOUGHT LOSING FAT HAD TO FEEL LIKE SACRIFICE AND I HAD TO SUFFER. 

I was able to find a flexible way of eating, experimenting with lower protein and higher carbs in my diet with planned days of what others would call dirty food and cheat meals, but for me, it was a planned day for recovery to gain muscle and strength.

I created the in-home program so there would be no more excuses to miss out a day in your program. Models from my agency were asking for workouts and tips to get lean for their campaigns, test shoot, and head shots without looking gaunt and sick. Models travel a lot, so access to a gym wasn’t always available. The same workout will give anyone the results. 

The results have been unbelievable and lead me to develop this program that has helped many with their results with a busy schedule. 

In less than 2 months I was getting photos and clients showing me their results.
